Following the initial consultation, we will provide a detailed financial outline based on your project requirements and timeline.
The Design Process
The development phase is where we collate all your ideas and wish lists into a Design Proposal, specific to your home. These include all your project requirements, ideas as well as specific design recommendations for your home.
We discuss the three Sapphire Design Package Options, project design recommendations, timelines, costings ,terms and conditions of the contract.
With a wealth of details to explore, this stage of the Design Process is the most comprehensive, It is where your vision is translated into a clear and cohesive design presentation, showcasing spatial layouts, finishes, materials and bespoke details. Every element is carefully considered to ensure the proposal not only reflects your aspirations but also provides a practical and inspiring roadmap for the project ahead.
